In December 2026, engage Rotterdam and V2_ join forces for a three-day program on technology and community. Together with makers, activists, and residents, we explore what the internet could be beyond the grip of big corporations. Through presentations, workshops, and artistic interventions, we look for alternatives that are truly ours.
what the f*** is engage?
engage is a movement gathering makers, residents, entrepreneurs and social organisations from across Rotterdam. Through creative collaboration, we amplify existing initiatives and create space for bold new ones. Whether through storytelling, music, visual art, cooking, or whatever moves you—we believe that collectively, we can shake things up. Real change happens when diverse voices come together with a shared purpose.
